You seem to have a very real distaste for yourself for not being able to come up with names. All you need to do is think about their personality first. Come up with some ideas, verbally speak their name as though it were in a casual conversation. See how you want it to roll off the tongue, maybe give them a long name but it's condensed or abbreviated when spoken. Such in the way Jonathan is simply "John."
I actually let my dinner get cold cause I had a pretty keen visual going in my head here, and wanted to keep going. Thought I'd point that out.
Not being able to come up with a name means you want it to be a good one, and have a lasting quality. So sit back with some music befitting of the character's nature, and see what you can come up with. Remember, you can give them absurd self-entitled nicknames that aren't their own real ones. Specifically ones that are objects or "things" as opposed to a name a person would have. Go to wikipedia and look up the names of smaller objects inside of larger ones. Want an example? Look up the many parts of a firearm.
Depends what type of personality the character has. But there's really no reason to get so upset over not figuring out a solid name instantly.
